The booking is confirmed after making a advance payment on a bank account, in high of 20% of amount due
Advance payment for booking you have to make during 3 days from the day of booking or in time which you arrange personally at the reception desk
Confirmation of booking and then not using all of the stay results in payment in sum of 50% of overnight service for the unused time
The lack of payment results in automatic cancel of booking, without necessity of letting know the guest about it
